When you first start using MoneyBox, a set of accounts called Self is created. You can keep as many sets of accounts as you need.
Each different set of accounts must be kept in a separate directory.
All the different years for a given account set are kept in the same directory. Each year is denoted by a .acs file eg 1999.acs, 2000.acs etc. The subsidiary files (tables) for each year are denoted by .nn eg Acnames.99, AcEntrys.99 Acnames.00, AcEntrys.00 etc
Toolbar functions
opens a dialog to create a new set of accounts.
opens a dialog to open a different set of accounts.
click this to create a new year in an existing set of accounts.

Restore recover from data loss..
New Year End to change the year end month of an existing set of accounts.
Password to keep your accounts private.
Import / Export data outside the MoneyBox application.
Print from any MoneyBox window.
