This is a list in Journal Entry format of items you have deleted within the past 24 hours.
In each of the windows where you can create an account item, ie those having 
buttons, if you delete an item it is flagged as deleted and saved for 24 hours , which gives you time to recover from inadvertent errors.
If you then click the undeleted button 
you will be prompted to go to the deleted items display which will show you all items / invoices you have deleted in the past 24 hours.
In this Deleted Items window, select the item you want to restore and then click the button.
