Customer Accounts

A Customer account is much the same as a Bank account, except that you also have the ability to create invoices and credit notes.

You should use the statement facilities to reconcile payments received from customers against invoices and credit notes. This will help you to identify quickly any late payers.

If you click on the Customers tab in the Account Names List you will see a concise summary of the age of your customers' indebtedness.
