What you see here is the complete list of all your account headings.
There are three levels of account:
Detail accounts are totalled upwards to the preceding Summary accounts, which in turn are totalled upwards to the preceding Category account. Each Category account must be followed by at least one Summary and Detail account.
Scrolling through the list you will see the fixed sequence of Category accounts:

On the right of the display are four columns of figures.
The two left hand columns show the values accumulated for each detail account - debit or credit. The debit and credit totals at the foot of the two left hand columns should be equal to each other. If they are not, there are some account items that refer to Detail accounts missing from the list.
The two right hand columns show the accumulated totals of the Summary and Category accounts - debit and credit. The total in one of the two right hand columns shows your Net Assets value if in the debit column or your Net Liabilities if in the credit column.
On the left hand side of the display are the account numbers allocated to each of the Detail accounts.
The push-button functions
Double-clicking on an account line lets you review that account.
The tabbed sections Bank Accounts, Charge Accounts, Debtor Accounts, Creditor Accounts, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, giving you also a concise summary of your cash flow and indebtedness.
