Bank Accounts

In a Bank account, not only do you want to record all transactions in and out, but you also want to make sure that it shows the same amounts as the statements you receive from the Bank!

In addition to being able to display all the individual transactions of the account, with a Bank account you can also see the balance on your last statement and all transactions not yet checked off against a Bank statement.

When you get a statement from your Bank, you can check off all the items against your own records by double clicking on the matching items.

You can also display any statement you have checked off. It will look just like the Bank statement itself.

If you click on the Bank Accounts tab in the Account Names List you will see a concise summary of the movement of your bank balances.
