Click on the butterfly button in the Toolbar. This will display your list of account names.
Click the Bank Accounts tab and then click on each of your Bank accounts in turn, then click the Change button.
In the dialog that appears, check that the currency set for the account is correct.
You may need to go through all these accounts manually making sure that the currency for each account is correctly set.
Similarly, you should click in turn the Charge Accounts, Suppliers and Customers tabs, and go through each account checking to see that each account currency is correctly set.
